VICTURA COACHING: Quick Reference Guide

The VICTURA COACHING quick reference guide contains three issue resolution frameworks. These frameworks help the reader to prioritize tasks, to pivot from Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) situations to Visionary, Understanding, Clear, and Agile (VUCA) solutions, and to assess and increase resiliency.The first issue resolution framework is the Eisenhower Matrix. Using this matrix allows the reader to gain clarity on two dimensions of incoming tasks, their level of importance (important or not important), and the tasks urgency (urgent or not urgent). The reader is then given a step by step guide how to action those tasks on a schedule.The second issue resolution framework is the VICTURA COMPASS (Circumstances, Obstacles, Morals, People, Analysis, Solutions, and Straightforward implementation). The VICTURA COMPASS allows the reader to generate VUCA solutions to VUCA situations. The VICTURA COMPASS does this by giving the reader a logical framework for them to jot down the who, what, when, where, why, and how of a VUCA situation, as well as any obstacles presented, any guidelines that come into play, how the reader could reach out to for help in tacking the obstacle, how to analyze where to go next, then from that analysis how to generate solutions, and finally to develop straightforward implementation of those solutions.The third issue resolution framework is the Balance Book.
